  3. Market ready — presentation and preparation so the home is showcased as desirably as possible.
  4. Content is king — professional stills, drone, twilight, floor plan, signage and lifestyle content.
  5. Coming soon — pre-launch promotion to high-visibility platforms and the C Realty database, within 14 days of the first home open.
  6. Launch — coordinated rollout to REA, Domain, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and the C Realty database.
  7. Home opens & private inspections — every weekend and one mid-week; itemised weekly reports to the vendor.
  8. Engineered bidding war — every buyer followed up; every offer tested against every other.
  9. Under offer / sold — subject to conditions, or sold outright.
  10. Settlement (generally 3–6 weeks) — final inspection and handover managed end-to-end by the C Realty operations team.
